Abstract
The objective of this research was to investigate the black cumin powder to storage pest Callosobruchus chinensis L. in laboratory. The research was conducted in Entomology Laboratory Department of Plant Pest and Disease Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from September 2005 until Oktober 2005. The results of the research showed that black cumin powder with dose 0.05% could increase the mortality of adult, decreased the adult population and percentage of attack the cowpea weevil. The mortality of C. chinensis increase from second week until fifth week and the highest mortality was found at fifth week.
