Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Mekanisme Pengembalian Kerugian Keuangan Negara Menurut Undang-Undang Keuangan Negara”. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh banyaknya Kerugian-kerugian yang di alami negara, serta penyimpangan atau hilangnya Sebagian aset Negara. Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2003 Tentang Keuangan Negara dan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2004 tentang Pembendaharaan Negara telah mengatur secara umum maupun secara khusus mengenai tata cara pengembalian kerugian keuangan negara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif yang mengunakan pendekatan Perundang-undangan dan pendekatan Konseptual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tata cara pelaksanaan pengembalian kerugian Keuangan Negara menurut Undang-Undang dan menerangkan bagaimana negara bertindak mengembalikan aset negara yang hilang atau yang telah di ambil oleh oknum dapat Kembali menjadi hak Negara.
