Abstract

This study aims to determine the community’s perception of the performance of field facilitators for the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) program in Kelurahan 1 Ulu, Palembang City. This study uses quantitative methods. Respondents in this study amounted to 80 people. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, while purposive sampling was used for sampling. Researchers used documentation, questionnaires and interviews in collecting data. The test instrument requirements used are validity and reliability tests. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the public perception of the performance of the field facilitators for the BSPS program in Kelurahan 1 Ulu, Palembang City is Positive. This can be proven from the average percentage of community perceptions of the performance of field facilitators for the BSPS program in Kelurahan 1 Ulu, Palembang City namely 85,3% in the positive category.
