Abstract
This study aims to analyze the marketing channel, marketing mix, and arabica coffee product marketing efficiency. Data collected using purposive sampling method for the villages and farmers, and snowball sampling for the marketing institutions. The result of this research showed that the marketing channel that formed in green bean product were producer – consumer. the marketing channel that formed in roasted bean product were producer – consumer. There are three marketing channel that formed in ground coffe product. : (1) producer – consumer (2) producer – retailer I – consumer (3) producer – retailer II – consumer. Based on the calculation of the total scores for each indicator on each product, the marketing mix of three products received a good rating. The result showed that the marketing channel in green bean and roasted bean products was efficient. The 3rd channel in ground coffe product was more efficient than channel 1 and channel 2 indicates by marketing margin, farmer’s share, and benefit-cost ratio.
