Abstract

This research purposed to describe about teacher’s personality competency that show as lofty character’s personal in Elementary School of Rambutan Subdistrict include the whole of teacher’s personality competency, based on aspect, based on sertification category, and based on each question. The method that is used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The result of data calculation as whole is in average category. There are 8 teachers in high category, 12 teachers in average category, and 6 teachers in low category. The result of data calculation based on aspect Honorable Behavior Aspect is in high category. The result of data calculation based on Simplicity Aspect is in average category. The result of data calculation based on Patience Aspect is in average category. The result of calculation data based on sertification category is >5 years sertification category as well as 5 years sertification category is in average category. The result of data calculation based on each question in average category.
