Abstract
Virulence variety influenced by some factors, inside factor,which is isolate from, outside factors such as medium for isolating fimgi, isolating technic or unsupported enviroment factor and isolate strain itself. The obtain of this research bassiana and Metarhizium sp. Against Leptocorisa acuta nimfae. Experimental methods used in this research, obtained data came were to evaluate the effectiyities of B. analysed by Complete Randomized Design. Parameters of this research were nimfae mortalities, percentages nimfae became adult and LT50. tested isolates were 12 isolat B. bassiana and 5 isolat Metarhizium sp. Aplicated isolat 10 pl with konidia density 106 in 10 tested nimfae and repeated 5 times. The results showed, the highest mortality, the lowest percentages nimfae became adult and LT50 in B. bassiana, was isolat isolated Chrysodeixes chalchites from Bengkulu. In Metarhizium sp. the lowest LTS0 was isolat isolated Tenebrio monilitor from Indralaya.
