Abstract

A study entitled The Implementation of Rules About DisgTaceful Actions that Affects Temporary Termination Of Notary Position. ln the application of the rules of the deplorable Notary demanded to have a high moral value then the Notary will not abuse the existing authority, then a. person will be able to maintain his dignity a.s a genera.I official who provides services in accordance with applicable rules and does not damage the image of the Notary itself in the matters in question a.re (1) What a.re the meanings and benchmarks of disgraceful acts based on Article 9 pa.ragTaph (1) sub-pa.ragTaph c of Law Number 30 year 2004 has been amended by Law Number 2 Year 2014 regarding Notary Position? (2) How is the procedure of dismissal of a Notary who commits a disgTaceful act? (3) How is the position of a Notary who commits a disgTaceful act after a period of temporary discharge from his position? This research uses normative research empirically. This research uses five methods of Statute Approach, Conceptual Approach, Philosophical Approach, Historical Approach and Legal Sociological Approach, research material is done by litezatuie and inteIView. The information program is the Regional Supervisory Boa.rd, Boa.rd of Honor Notary and Notary. From the words of this thesis it can be concluded that the meanings and benchmarks of disgTaceful acts that caused the norms of religion, morality, tradition but also based on the measurement of legal compliance whose benchmarks remain norm, the procedure of temporary dismissal Notary who performs disgTaceful acts that can be done in stages from the lowest level to the highest level by the Notary Supervisory Boa.rd and the notary's position after being temporarily suspended can be accessed again with the decision of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
