Abstract
The aim of this research was to exploration of plant growth promotingendophytic bacterial of red chilli, isolated from root of chilli grown in Lebak Ogan Ilir, and study their ability to promoting growth of red chilli by bioassay.Greenhouse experiment was by using Randomized Complete Design. Asreplication was extract of red chilli’s root taken away from various location and various age which was contained endophytic bacterial. Improvement wet of rootsignificantly compared with control (based on t-test) was made basic for selection ofendophytic bacterial.Results of the experiment indicated that about 18 endophytic bacterialconsorsia was consisting of 9 endophytic bacterial was isolated from Pemulutan and9 endophytic bacterial in reality there is capable and depressing on wet and dry weight of shoot, height of plant growth and wet of root. There was 3 endophytic bacterial consorsia which was consistent in promoting the growth of red chilli was endophytic bacterial consorsia with code E 11, E 12, and E 17.
