Abstract

The research aimed to know the effect meditation variable of ROE on relationships IC and PER. On basic Industrial and Chemical companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study are as many as 46 companies operating in Indonesia for the year 2012-2016. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and obtained 16 basic industrial and chemical companies. Path analysis is employed to analyze data. The result show that variable JC has positive impact on PER, the variable IC does not affect the ROE,ROE has not effect on PER, and ROE does not mediate the relationship IC on PER.
