Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Batu Raja is a company that processes palm oil seeds into crude palmoil. Crude palm oil production each month experiences an unstable increase or decline, making it difficult to forecast palm oil production for the next month. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the forecasting of palm oil production at PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan. This is done to improve the accuracy and analyze the development of crude palm oil production in palm oil processing field as a policy consideration for the Corporate Leaders in an effort to overcome the delay in anticipating the decline of the crude palm oil production. Fuzzy method is a proper method in overcoming the existing problems, especially in the field of increasing the forecasting of crude palm oil production by using waterfall method as system development method. Phases are done for this activity are gathering needs, analyze the needs, designing the system, system implementation, system testing, and system maintenance. From the result of this research conductedto the forecast of the production of crude palm oil for the next month at PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan.
