Abstract

Technological advances support the management of information into a tool of business competition and an increasingly competitive business world Therefore, as the development of information technology, ii is necessary to apply a better strategy by implementing information system products that can help the business of Sashop Florist Palembang Store is better in improving sales and marketing services. mproving this service applies the Framework of Dynamic method contained in Customer Relationship Management Strategy. System development method used is Waterfall method and data modeling using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) .
