Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of change management on the performance of employees of the regional company Petrogas Ogan Ilir. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Petrogas Ogan Ilir Company, totaling 45 employees. In this study using a saturated sampling method. This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the management of change has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the regional company Petrogas Ogan Ilir. It is recommended for companies to be able to involve employees related to technological changes by training on new types of machines. Keywords: Change Management, Performance
