Abstract

Cervical cancer can cause complex problems for patients, one of them is the problem of maintaining a nutritional balance. Technology can be managed for handling problems experienced by cervical cancer patients, namely by utilizing technology, one of which is the use of applications for calculating nutrition for cervical cancer patients. This study aims to determine the making of the application that has been made and to describe the validity of the application. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, by getting 30 cervical cancer patienis respondenis, according to the characteristics. This type of research is quantitative research using the System Usability Scale (SUS) test, this research was included in the type of Research and Development with the ADDIE model. The results of the application research have been successfully realized, the operation of the application has been running well using the android system. The app measurement trials with usability are categorized as a necessity for users with evidence that the average score SUS (System Usability Scale) is 79.90, which means that the application is categored as good, acceptable, and can be used by cervical cancer patients itself. Therefore, the application of nutrition for cervical cancer patients in handling nutritional problems based on Android can be used by cervical cancer patients directly, and is it also able to be a support system in the treatment of cervical cancer patients.
