Abstract

Training is one means of printing human resousrces in order to have the necessary competenctex such as knodledge, skills and behavior. PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga met have compelent agents to increase the number of customers. Through training technical and procedural knowledge has been documentad. Search knowledge that comes from field experience and practice has not been documented. Search knowledge about training at PT. Takaful Family insurance is still difilculr to do because there is no container to accommodde the knowledge of the thinting agent and traner who deirverd worbally during the training so as to caouse important knowiegde just disappear. Using the knowledge Management System (KMS) that applies the Bayer-Moore method can help search learn and disseminale knowledge about the training and work experience of the agency department This research uses research methodologi developed by Amrit Tiwana (1999) by appling string march matching method with Boyer-Moore aigorithum. The finci of this research is the webssite by using PHP programming Language.
