Abstract
It has been isolated four endofhytic fungi from fruit Asam Kandis (iGarcinia Cowa) which is brown (CKLT), black and white fibers (SHP), Dark Green (HT), and black (HTM). These four fungi were identified as Aspergillus sp. Ethyl acetate extracts of four fiingi suggests that fungal extracts of Aspergillus sp (HT) has a major stain pattem. Aspergillus sp (HT) later in the cultivation medium in 3 L PDB (Potalo Dexlrose Broth) for four weeks. The media was extracted with ethyl acetate and concentrated by evaporation. Ethyl acetate extracts were separated by chromatography techniques in order to get pure compound. The molecular structures of the isolated compound was determined based on spectroscopy data including UV, IR, NMR 1D and 2D and tested the antibacterial activity assay using difusi cakram method at concentration 0.5%, 1%, 2%, and 4% (b/v) with the test bacteria Echerichia Coli, Shygella Dysentriae, and Stapphylococcus Aureus. Based on spectroscopic data analysis concluded that the isolated compound containing a ketone group with molecule formula C22H28O8 is 3,4,8,9,10-pentahydroxy-5-methoxy-7-methyl-l-penyltetradeca-2,7,11 -triene-1,6-dion and not active as an antibacterial.
