Abstract

The research was aimed to study the growth of kwik orange at multiplecropping with gambir which was compared with monoculture and the giving of leafresidue of gambir processing organic matter which was compared with chickenmanure. This research has been done on June 2005 until Oktober 2005 in researchgarden of agronomy department in Sriwijaya University, Indralaya. This experimentwas using t- test. The treatment were JAT = orange was given ckicken manure inmonoculture, JDT = orange was given leaf residue of gambir processing in monoculture, JAG = orange was given chicken manure in multiple cropping, JDG = orange was given leaf residue of gambir processing in multiple cropping.The result indicated that the growth of kwik orange at monoculture has the same relativity influence with multiple cropping. The growth kwik orange which given of leaf residue of gambir processing has the same relativity influence with chicken manure.wasR
