Abstract

The study aims at analysing the effect of Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return On Assets, Non Performing Loans and Bank Indonesia Certificates on general banking credit distribution in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Financial Services Authority for the period 2005-2020. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method with classical assumption test. The results show that Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Return on Assets has a positive and insignificant effect on general bank lending in Indonesia. Furthermore, Non-Performing Loans and Bank Indonesia Certificates has a negative and significant effect on general banking credit distribution in Indonesia.
