Abstract

Background : Health screening was the focus of Healthcare and Social Security Agency control. Talang Aur Primary Health Center had been cervical cancer health screening with IVA method, 3% of women’s total number and ten of them were declared positive IVA with percentage of 10.87%. The purpose of this research was to know the implementation of cervical cancer health screening care at Talang Aur Public Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2018. Methode : Qualitative research design, used in-depth interview method, observation and document study. The number of informants in this study were two informants from Palembang Healthcare and Social Security Agency, one informant Ogan Ilir Health Office, and four informants Talang Aur Primary Health Care. Result : It was known that not all of IVA test officers got training. The implementation and infrastructure facilities of IVA test in accordance with the Health Ministry’s governance of the Republic of Indonesia. Source of funding came from Operational Health Cost (BOK), and National Health Insurance (JKN). Talang Aur Primary Health Center hadn’t been done all the stages in planning to formulate the work program. Officers hadn’t performed their duties and obligations in accordance with the positions listed on the organizational structure. Supervision conducted in concurrent control and feed back control. The IVA test program hadn’t reached the specified target. Conclusion : IVA test care in Talang Aur Primary Health Center hadn’t been in accordance with Health Ministry’s guidelines of the Republic of Indonesia No. 29 of 2017. Primary Health Center should make an additional day of IVA test care to be two till three days a week.
