Abstract

The research about hydrocracking Nyamplung oil by using Cr/ZAA has been done. This research was conducted to know influence between character of catalyst Cr/ZAA with hydrocracking nyamplung oil products with reduction temperature 400°C, 1 g of catalyst weight and the flow rate of hydrogen gases of 2 mL/min and hydrocracking of temperature 350°C. Character analysis of catalysts include surface area, pore radius and pore volume by using Gas Sorption Analyzer (NOVA-1200e). Properties of hydrocracking nyamplung oil products observed included refraction index, density, coke and heat of combustion. The results showed that surface area, pore radius and pore volume did not influence with properties of hydrocracking nyamplung oil product which include the refraction index, density, coke and heat of combustion.
