Abstract
Penelitian studi interferensi klorida (Cl") dalam analisis natrium (Na) dan kalium (K) secara spektrofotometri serapan atom telah dilakukan. Variasi konsentrasi ion Cl" adalah 0 ppm, 100 ppm, 500 ppm, 1000 ppm dan 1500 ppm dalam larutan Na 1 ppm dan K 1 ppm. Ion Cl" ditambahkan dalam bentuk garam hidrat FeCl3.6H20. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan analisis sidik ragam (ANS1RA) tipe rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil pengolahan data secara statistik ini tidak menunjukkan adanya interferensi Cl" terhadap analisis Na dan K karena nilai F hitung lebih kecil daripada F tabel. F hitung pengaruh Cl" terhadap Na adalah 3,20 dan F hitung pengaruh Cl" terhadap K adalah 1,01. Kedua nilai F hitung tersebut lebih kecil daripada F tabel yaitu 5,19.
