Abstract

The influence mixture of solution (water: ethanol) in production of nickelcarbon catalyst toward the characteristic of hydrocracking CPO product have been done by determined the value heat of combustion product and the analysis of gas chromatography to know the influence of the dissolved variation. Based on the research, has been found that the best variation of dissolved is the dissolved with the equivalent ratio water; ethanol (2:1) which has the specific large surface about 1129.4194 m2/g. The value heat of combustion of hydroscracking CPO product is about 38.4673 kJ/g. The value of this heat of combustion better than the heat of combustion gasoline with the increasing percentage is about 4.2592%. Based on the analysis result of the gas chromatography, the hydrocacking CPO product contains the fraction of the gasoline about 15.25%.
