Abstract
The goal of the research was to investigate effectivity of Plutella xylostella control by using parasitoid of Trichogramma and entomopathogenic fungi Beauveria bassiana. The research was conducted in farmer’s cabbage farm in Pagaralam District, South Sumatera. The applications were the release of Trichogramma and spraying of B. bassiana at every 2 weeks after planting. Egg and larvae of P. xylostella were taken by purposive sampling method. The result showed there was no parasitism of P.xylostella by Trichogramma. Population and attack level tend to decreace, with the lowest population was 3.25 individu/30 plant at 2 weeks after planting. The lowest attack level was 9% after second application at 4 weeks after planting.
