Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menentukan kelayakan operasional mesin pemipil jagung tipe mobile melalui aspek teknis dan finansial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis teknis yaitu kapasitas kerja efektif mesin pemipil jagung tipe mobile dan analisis finansial meliputi analisis laba-rugi dan aliran kas dengan kriteria (NPV, Net B/C, BEP) serta analisis sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mesin pemipil jagung tipe mobile layak dilaksanakan. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kapasitas keija tertinggi yaitu sebesar 29,27 kg/menit. Secara finansial mesin pemipil jagung tipe mobile ini layak digunakan karena nilai NPV sebesar Rp. 2.053.828,52 dan nilai net B/C sebesar 1,13 berada di atas nilai kelayakan (NPV >0, dan Net B/Ol) untuk BEP harga produksi sebesar Rp 44,74 per kg dan BEP untuk volume produksi sebesar 3.176,6 kg. Hasil analisis sensitivitas terhadap peningkatan biaya sebesar 10% dan terhadap penurunan harga jual 10% dari proses pemipilan jagung dengan menggunakan mesin pemipil jagung tipe mobile masih layak digunakan
