Abstract

A secondary metabolites compound has been isolated from endophytic fungi Aspergillus sp2 is live in brotowali (Tinospora crispa L) stem plant’s. Isolated began by cultivation of Aspergillus sp2 fungi in 5 liters of Potato Dextrose Broth (PDB) media for eight weeks. The medium culture have been by partition using ethyl acetate and have been evaporated. The ethyl acetate concentrated extract had been separated and purified by column chromatography techniques to obtain the pure compound in the form of a solid white powder (10 mg) with melting point of 109-111 °C. The molecule structure of these pure compound was determined by spectroscopy methode such as of UV, IR, NMR 1D and 2D. Based on all the spectroscopic results, it is proposed that the isolated pure compounds are 1 -(4-benzoil-2.3-dihidroksi-1 -metoksi-siklobuten-3-enil)-3.4.5- trihidroksi-2-metil-nona-2.6-dien-l-on with molecule formula C22H26O8.
