Abstract

This study aims to identify and measure the budget performance of the Adiwiyata school coaching program at Ogan Ilir Environment and Land Office in 2019. This research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and observation. Sources of data come from primary data and secondary data. The research was conducted using the concept of value for money which consists of three dimensions including economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. The results of this research indicate that the calculation of the economic value is 73.76% which is categorized as economic in the standard of value for money. The efficiency calculation shows the result of 135.57% which is categorized as very efficient in the standard of value for money. The effectiveness calculation shows the results of 40% which is categorized as ineffective in the standard of value for money. This research recommended that should be there is a deeper study in further research that discuss not only from the financial side but also its ineffektiveness, and strive for optimally of budget utilization to increas the effectiveness of prgram implementation in the following year.
