Abstract

It had been done a research about kinetics of degradation petroleum contaminated soil by bacteria indigen Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes, Bacillus sp and consortium (Microccoccus sp, Pseudomonas pseudomalleit Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenest Bacillus sp) the concentration total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) is 88.88%. The sample was diluted to 2.5%; 5.0%; 7.5%; 10.0%; 12.5% and 15.0% with mixing ffesh land, bulking agent and nutrition with ratio N/P/K was 10: 1: 0.1. The bioTemediation had been done during 10 weeks and every 2 weeks were examined with parameter Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH). After 10 weeks the media have been added with the bacteria Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes, Bacillus sp and consortium by using the differential method, the biodegradation reaction order of Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes, Bacillus sp and consortium are 0.7072; 0.8008 and 0.6568. With the integration method, the reaction rate constants are 0.099%°2928 week’1, 0.123%01992 week’1 and 0.095%°3432 week'1 respectively. The GC analyzis showed that the bacteria could degrade the petroleum contaminated soil.
