Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between Economic Growth, Inflation and Money Velocity in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of an annual period from 2005-2019, this data is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This research uses ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) method with ECM (Error Correction Model) or error correction model. From this research, it can be seen that the estimation results of the short-term ARDL method indicate that Economic Growth and Inflation have an influence on Money Velocity. In the long term, it is known that Economic Growth and Inflation have no effect on Money Velocity. And the results of the ECM method show that in the short and long term Economic Growth and Inflation both have an influence on Money Velocity.
