Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui suhu efektif kecepatan efektif konveyor dan kapasitas alat pemanggang kemplang tipe konveyor. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Bengkel Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sriwijaya, Indralaya mulai bulan Juni 2005 sampai dengan September 2005. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu suhu dan kecepatan konveyor. Data yang diamati adalah kapasitas keija efektif alat Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan konveyor berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil pemanggangan kemplang dan kapasitas kerja efektif dihasilkan pada kombinasi perlakuan V1T3 berturut-turut sebesar 0,17 kg dan 1,42 kg.jam'1.
