Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of direct financial compensation on employee performance of PT. Bina Mitra Artha (BMA). The data that used on this study are primary data, with 57 employees as a sample using a probability sampling technique with proportionate random sampling method. Data analysis tools were quantitative analysis with simple regression analysis. The research results show direct financial compensation have a positive and significant on employee performance of PT. Bina Mitra Artha (BMA).
