Abstract

This essay reviews about accountability of allocation funds on conservation hall for natural resources in Punti kayu nature park. The purpose of study in this essay is to present an clear information about the review of allocation of funding by ministry of environment to Punti kayu nature park in 2015. The research of this essay begin by allocation of the program for punti kayu nature park, which has been not published with transparency. The theory which used in research for this essay is theory of accountability of funds, according by LAN & BPKP. This research using qualitative as the method analysis. The essay using descriptive as types of research analysis. Data on this research have collected by documenting, corresponding, and observing. Descriptive qualitative used as method of data analysis. The results which founded as result of research, according from perspective of theory that used on this essay : 1) financial integrity of funding allocation on Punti kayu nature park 2) point of view from perspective of BKBSA, about data transparency 3) obidience to implement the government regulation of ministry of environment which related for procedure and organize in technical implementation unit on conservation hall of natural resources. The conclusion as results from this essay is, the accountability of funds on conservation hall for natural resources Punti kayu nature park in Palembang city had proceeded properly. But many advisory that had not reported properly to public because many issues of problem which had been faced by conservation hall of natural resources for Punti kayu nature park.
