Abstract

This study aims to develop video-based learning applications videoscribe and kinemaster on the theme 8 subthemes 1 Elementary School fifth grade Indralaya 02 North and to describe the response of students to instructional videos. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation. Data collection techniques using validation sheets and questionnaires. Validation was carried out by material experts, media experts, and tested on 35 fifth grade students. The results of the validation assessment from material experts obtained an average value of 90% with a very good category. The results of the validation assessment from media experts obtained an average value of 90% with a very good category. At the implementation stage, individual tests were conducted on 3 students and obtained an average score of 87% in the very good category. In the small group test stage conducted on 6 students, the average score was 93% in the very good category. At the field test stage, 26 students obtained an average score of 95% in the very good category. From the results of the student response questionnaire conducted in 3 stages, it can be concluded that the learning video developed is in the very good category as a learning medium.
