Abstract

Persediaan bahan pempek pada toko pempek pak raden ini permasalahannya yaitu kurang/terlambatnya stok bahan pempek masih dilakukan penghitungan secara manual pada bahan produksi pempek. Banyak kelemahan pada proses ini dimana memakan waktu dan akurasi hasil yang kurang karena adanya kemungkinan human error. Oleh karena itu untuk menganalisis persediaan bahan yang di terpakan pada toko pempek pak yang akan memastikan keakuratan data, serta mengelola persediaan bahan pempek di bantu dengan metode Supply Chain Management (SCM).
