Abstract
Abstract The aims of this study is to develop learning enviroment on PMRI. Research subject is 28 teachers from 14 districts in Palembang city. Research methodology is development research. There are three steps using in this research: material development, teacher experiment, and restrospective analysis. Results of this research is a learning environment model called 3K (Kampus, Kelas, and KKG PMRI). Keywords: Learning Enviroment , PMRI, KKG, Professional Teachers Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model lingkungan belajar PMRI tempat melatih atau menghasilkan guru PMRI yang professional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 28 orang guru, yang diambil dari 14 Kecamatan di Kota Palembang yang bekerja sama dengan Dinas Dikpora Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah riset pengembangan atau development research. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap pengembangan materi dan pengalaman guru dan analisis retrospektif. Telah didesain model lingkungan belajar (learning environment) guna melatih atau menghasilkan guru PMRI yang professional yang disebut dengan 3K yaitu Kampus, Kelas, yaitu SDN 117, SDN 179, SDN 98, dan MIN II, dan KKG PMRI.
