Abstract

This research aims to find out the level of career maturity of students of the FKIP Unsri Economic Education Study Program for the Academic Year 2017 Indralaya. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments. Validation of the instrument using the product moment correlation formula and reliability test using alpha cornbach with a reliability coefficient value of 0.931. The results showed that students of the 2017 Academic Year 2017 Indralaya Economic Education Study Program had a career maturity level of 44 respondents there were 25% (11 respondents) who had a very high level of career maturity, and 61% (27 respondents) who had high career maturity, then as many as 14% (6 respondents) with a moderate level of career maturity. It can be concluded that the career maturity level of students of the FKIP Unsri Academic Year 2017 Indralaya Economic Education Study Program is in the high category. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that students who have been at a very high level of career maturity can maintain their career maturity level and students with a moderate to high level of career maturity continue to deepen career planning analysis to become a good educator, increase the exploration of career information as an educator and explore the potential of career to become an educator and learn more about the right career decision-making steps.
