Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine the correlation of application of online learning system toward student learning independence at mechanical engineering education of Sriwijaya University. This type of research was assosiative research by using quantitative method. The subjects in the study were of mechanical of active students 2018, 2019 and 2020 academic years and the total of students was 191 studens. The research sampling used simpe random sampling technique that totally 128 students. Data collection technique was questionnaire. The results showed that the correlation value was 0,776. Based on the results, can be concluded there was positive and significant relation between application of online learning system toward student learning independence at mechanical engineering education study program of Sriwijaya University.
