Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates, Exchange Rates, Money Supply, World Oil Prices and World Gold Prices on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index both in the long and short term. The data used in this study uses secondary data in the form of time series data for the period from January 2015 to December 2020 obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Bank Indonesia, Ministry of Trade and Website Investing. Data analysis technique in this study uses the Error Correction Model. The results of the study show that in the long term Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates, Exchange Rate, Money Supply, World Oil Prices and World Gold Prices have a significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. In the short term, the exchange rate has a significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index, while Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates, Money Supply, World Oil Price and World Gold Price have no significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index.
