Abstract

This research is about the community structure of Phytoplankton and also form the pattem of swampy forest of group with cluster analysis in territorial water of Gilimanuk bay on West Bali National Park, Province of Bali has been conducted from 15-16 March 2006. The prosesses of getting the sample was done with the method of purposive random sampling and analyse the cluster at 10 station point. Environment parameter measured cover the temperature, brightness, current speed, salinitas, pH, DO, phosphate and nitrate. Result of research obtained 013 genera fitoplankton consisted of the class Bacillariophyceae (diatom) 96,51 % and Dinophyceae (dinoflagellata) 3,49 %, with the what overflows of atom and dinoflagellata each is 5.599.742 ind/m3 and 18.909 ind/m3. Assess the index of variety fitoplankton in small category that is 0,03-1,00. Value make an index to the variety of fitoplankton in category don’t flatten that is range ffom 0,02 - 0,48 and assess the domination index in dominant category that is range from 0,53 - 0,99 and also form the pattem of swampy forest of group with forming 2 (two) cluster / typical characteristic group namely group 1 (territorial -water in bay) and group 2 (territorial water is near by bay mouth). Factors that influencing in group 1 are salinitas, phosphate and making some variety domination of phytoplankton. Beside that factors that influencing in group 2 are temperature, brightness, current speed, pH, DO, and nitrate. Ali of its made the stability of community is low and the spreadly it isn’t same.
