Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The relationship between entrepreneurial creativity with interest in entrepreneurship for students Mechanical Engineering Education FKIP Unsri, (2) The relationship between the family environment with interest in entrepreneurship student, (3) The relationship between entreprenerial creativity and the family environment together with interest in entrepreneurship student. This research is an ex post facto research using a quantitative approach the population in this study were active students of Mechanical Engineering Education class 2018 and 2019 which amounted to 125 students. This research sample amounted to 94 using proportionate stratified random sampling technique and data to collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial creativity and interest in entrepreneurship as indicated by the rcount value of 0,803 ˃ rtable 0,202 and significance value of 0,000 ˂ 0,005, (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between family environment with interest in entrepreneurship by the rcount value of 0,821 ˃ rtable 0,202 and significance value of 0,000 ˂ 0,005, (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial creativity and the family environment together whit interest in entrepreneurship by the rcount value of 0,857 ˃ rtable 0,202 and a significance value of 0,000 ˂ 0,005.
