Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Isopropil Asetat dengan kapasitas produksi 50.000 ton/tahun direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2026 di di Desa Gunung Sugih, Kecamatan Ciwandan, Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten, dengan luas area sebesar 4,4010 Ha. Pabrik berjalan secara kontinyu selama 24 jam/hari dalam 300 hari/tahun. Bahan baku pembuatan Isopropil Asetat adalah Asam Asetat dan Propilen. Proses pembuatan Isopropil Asetat dalam pra rancangan ini mengacu pada CN Patent No. CN 108863793 A dengan proses esterifikasi Asam Asetat dengan Propilen. Proses esterifikasi menggunakan katalis Cation exchange resin dalam Reaktor Fixed Bed yang beroperasi pada suhu 65 °C dan tekanan 1,8 atm. Pabrik akan didirikan dengan bentuk perusahaan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dan sistem organisasi Line and Staff yang dipimpin oleh General Manager dengan total karyawan 132 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik Isopropil Asetat ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam syarat dari parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI)= US $ 28.400.854,6071 • Total Penjualan = US $ 125.000.000 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 102.058.742,9493 • Annual Cash Flow (ACF)= US $ 19.083.685,2414 • Pay Out Time (POT) = 1,3527 tahun • Rate of Return on Investment (ROR)= 67,19 % • Discounted Cash Flow (DCS)= 81 % • Break Event Point (BEP) = 33 % • Service Life = 11 tahun
