Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh latihan lompat gawang terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai siswa kelas V SDN 75 Palembang”. Permasalahan yang diangkat apakah ada pengaruh latihan lompat gawang terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai siswa kelas V SDN 75 Palembang. Metode analisis data merupakan suatu cara yang di tempuh guna memperoleh atau menganalisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik data statistik ”uji t”. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah anggota ekstrakurikuler SDN 75 Palembang yang berumur 11-13 tahun dengan populasi sebanyak 50 orang siswa. Selanjutnya sampel ini dibagi menjadi dua kelompok secara ordinal pairing yaitu 25 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan lompat gawang dan 25 orang sebagai kelompok control yang tidak diberi perlakuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes dan dokumentasi. Statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data dalam pembuktian hipotesis adalah statistik uji t dengan tarafsignifikan (a = 0,05). Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan didapat thitung = 14,7316 dan ttabei = 1,676. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima kebenarannya, bahwa ada pengaruh latihan lompat gawang terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa kelas V SDN. 75 Palembang. Kata-kata kunci: Lompat gawang, daya ledak.
