Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of capital structure, dividend policy, company size and corporate social responsibility on the value of the company. The population in this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2020. Techniques in sampling using the purposive sampling method. Sample data from 36 companies. Based on the results of the analysis of data on the influence of capital structure, dividend policy, company size and corporate social responsibility on the value of companies in indonesia stock exchange manufacturing companies for the period 2016 - 2020, it can be obtained: capital structure (DER) has a significant positive effect on the value of the company, dividend policy (DPR) has no effect on the value of the company, the size of the company (SIZE) has a significant positive effect on the value of the company and Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has no effect on the value of the company.
