Abstract
The aim of this study is to explain and analyze the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility in one mining company by using a standard Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The theory used in this research is the Stakeholder Theory. This research used secondary data. In the analysis concluded that indicators of product responsibility which is the highest indicator of disclosure.
