Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1) Analyze and calculate IP300 farm income for farmers and non-users of Combine Harvester technology in Sri Gading Village, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin District, 2) Analyze how large the workforce allocation is for farmer users and non-users of Combine Harvester technology in IP300 farming in Sri Gading Village, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin District. The research method uses the survey method. The method of this research is disproportionate stratified random sampling. Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Then datas processed using SPSS 16.00. The conclusions obtained were 1) T-test results revealed the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0,000 <0,05, it was concluded that farm income of IP300 Combine Harvester users was greater than the income of non-user farmers Combine Harvester, 2) T-test results known as Sig (2 -tailed) 0,000 <0,05, it was concluded that the allocation of labor for farming of IP300 Combine Harvester users was lower than the allocation of labor for non-user Combine Harvester farmers.
