Abstract

Isolation of flavonoid compound has been done from ethyl acetate fraction of Calophyllum pulcherrimum leaves. Extraction conducted by partition method using ethyl acetate and resulted compound was separated using chromatography technique. Product isolation is 11 mg yellow powder with melting point 281-282°C. 13C-NMR DEPT 135° dan DEPT 90° spectrum showed isolation compound have 27 atom carbon, where carbon hibridisasion sp2 24 carbon and sp3 3 carbon. Product isolation was antioxidant activity tested and has IC50 661,25 pg/mL.
