Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Latihan Permainan Tradisional Bola Kasti Terhadap Lari Sprint 60 meter Pada Siswa Putra Kelas 5 SD Negeri 21 Indralaya ”. Permasalahan yang diangkat Apakah ada pengaruh Latihan Permainan Tradisional Bola Kasti Terhadap Lari Sprint 60 meter pada siswa putra kelas 5 SD Negeri 21 Indralaya?. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah siswa putra kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri 21 Indralaya dengan jumlah sampel penelitian beijumlah 24 dengan menggunakan teknik one group design yaitu 24 siswa semuanya mendapatkan perlakuan. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh latihan permainan tradidional bola kasti terhadap lari sprint 60 meter pada siswa putra kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri 21 Indralaya. Hal ini didapatkan dari hasil uji t dengan hasil thitung sebesar 4,1 > 1,71 nilai pada tlabei- Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa “Terdapat pengaruh latihan permainan tradisional bola kasti terhadap lari sprint 60 meter pada siswa putra kelas 5 SD Negeri 21 Indralaya” dapat diterima. Semoga dapat berguna bagi pelatih ataupun penggemar atletik yang terlibat langsung ataupun tidak langsung dalam pengembangan atletik ditanah air.
