Abstract
Warm Mix Asphaltis an asphalt mixture technology that is mixed and compacted at a temperature of about 30°C lower than hot asphalt mixtures with the same quality as hot asphalt mixtures, which uses less fuel so that it is environmentally friendly. The research method is in the form of direct experiments in the laboratory using three types of asphalt, namely 60/70ex-rabana penetration oil asphalt, latex modified rubber asphalt and JBMA-50 buton asphalt and using wax and zeolite additives with the use of wax additives 1% of the weight of asphalt and zeolite. 1% of the aggregate to reduce the asphalt temperature by using warm asphalt mixture on the HRS-WC layer. The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the effect of each oil asphalt mixture, Buton asphalt and rubber asphalt so that we know the parameter values and optimum asphalt content (KAO) from the Marshall test which are in accordance with the general specifications of Bina Marga Year 2018 Revision 2. the highest is 1061.038 kg. The mixture of standard rubber with wax shows the highest flow value of 3.36 mm and the highest MQ value in the mixture of standard buton with zeolite is 359,490 kg/mm. The results of the KAO values obtained from the three mixtures of asphalt with wax and zeolite were obtained in a mixture of standard oil with wax of 7.42%, standard mixture of zeolite 7.37%, mixture of standard rubber with wax of 7.35%, standard rubber mixture zeolite by 7.34%, mixture of standard buton with wax by 7.39%, mixture of standard buton with zeolite by 7,32%.
