Abstract

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY OF PT. TELKOM INDONESIA.Tbk, PALEMBANG BRANCH The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Motivation on Employee Productivity of PT. Telkom Indonesia.Tbk Palembang Branch The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics UNSRI Palembang campus. The data collection technique was done by distributing questionnaires to 105 employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia.Tbk Palembang Branch. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires and the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the linear regression equation, it can be interpreted that if motivation is increased, the work productivity of employees will increase and vice versa. Suggestions that can be given in this study The management of PT. Telkomsel Tbk Palembang Branch can meet the needs of employees in this case increasing salaries / wages so that employees can work comfortably, enthusiastically, with responsibility, discipline so that they can provide services that satisfy customers and increase company profits.
