Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum BULOG Kantor Wilayah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum BULOG Kantor Wilayah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung sebanyak 63 karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum BULOG Kantor Wilayah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung.
