Abstract

This study aims to discuss how the online news portal CNNIndonesia.com framed BPJS Health news as a condition of access to various public services in February 2022 through framing analysis by Robert N. Entman. This theory consists of four elements, namely defining the problem, the cause of the problem (diagnose causes), the moral claim given (make moral judgment) and the offer of recommendation (treatment recommendation). The object of this research is to collect news related to BPJS Health which is used as a condition to access various public services published during February 2022. The results show that the framing in the news by the online news portal CNNIndonesia.com regarding BPJS Health participation as a condition for managing public services such as , SIM, STNK, SKCK, buying and selling land, umrah to pilgrimage are described as inappropriate policies.
