Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh antara komunikasi interpersonal mentor terhadap produktivitas kerja mahasiswa pada program magang merdeka tahun 2021 (studi pada mahasiswa Universitas Sriwijaya). Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori komunikasi interpersonal dari Joseph A. Devito dan teori produktivitas kerja dari Henry Simamora. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan eksplanatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh antara komunikasi interpersonal mentor terhadap produktivitas kerja mahasiswa berada pada tingkat hubungan yang kuat, dengan hasil uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment sebesar 0,674 atau dengan kriteria t-hitung  t-tabel yaitu 7,420  1,668 dan nilai sig 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Kemudian dari hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,455. Hal ini diartikan bahwa variabel X mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 45,5%. Maka persamaan model regresi pada penelitian ini yaitu Y = 6,792 + 0,368x. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Produktivitas Kerja, Magang Merdeka
